Hi, I'm Gennaro.

Data scientist by title, based in Austin, TX. In practice I wander across data, engineering, and whatever else the product needs — I've been at Meta since 2018, mostly on teams that sit between DS and sales.

Day-to-day that's anything from data pipelines to production models. Outside of that I lean heavily on Claude Code to build stuff — this site included — and generally enjoy the React/Node/AWS side of things.

I have too many hobbies and cannot be casual about any of them: flying small planes around Texas and Colorado, guitar, 3D printing, a handful of others.
